Julio Tellez has been denied prosecutorial discretion twice, despite his DREAM eligibility, he is now applying for Asylum in fear of the violence in Mexico — the country he fled 18 years ago for domestic violence. Yanelli Hernandez has been incarcerated for close to a year now. She has suffered depression while in detention and attempted suicide twice. She has lived in this country for the past 10 years: beginning to work as minor to sustain herself financially. We care that she be release to recuperate her health.
